    The software authorization precautions are detailed on the following page, please read it carefully.

  • 若欲開立收據抬頭非為使用單位，請於後續寄發之繳款通知單填寫。

    If the receipt title is not the use unit, please fill the receipt title name in the payment notice that will be sent later.

  • 各軟體僅能於申請使用期間及辦理計畫使用，若申請使用期間 超過 8 個月(含)以上者，得全年度不限計畫使用。

    Each software can only be used during the authorized period and for original project. If the authorized period is more than 8 months(inclusive), it will be used by other projects in the whole year.

  • 申請軟體項目 1~4 項，次年度未持續辦理相關計畫，且有保固需求者，得於計畫保固期間向本中心提出，並於用途欄填寫原辦理計 畫名稱及「保固申請」，將無償提供至原計畫保固期結束止(各軟體申請使用期間須 超過 6 個月(含)以上者，始提供保固服務)，惟申請保固辦理之計畫，應與原申請使用之辦理地區及計畫名稱相符。另申請使用期間超過 8 個月(含)以上者，保固不限計畫使用。

    Users who apply for the software of the first to fourth items for more than 6 months (inclusive), and do not continue to implement the relevant plan in the following year, can apply for warranty service to NLSC during the warranty period of the plan (when applying, please fill in the original plan name and "warranty application" in the usage column.). NLSC will provide warranty service for free until the end of the original plan warranty period.The application for the warranty service should be in accordance with the application area and project name used in the original application. However, if the authorized period is more than 8 months (inclusive), the warranty service will not be restricted to theoriginal plan.

  • 自申請至完成光碟片製作，原則上約需 3 個工作天。

    Once the application is approved, the software disk will be made in 3 business days.

  • 本申請書個人資料，僅供本申請使用，不作為其他用途。

    Personal information is just use for this application only, not for other purposes.

軟體授權使用注意事項

Important notes for use of software
  • 使用單位應依申請用途使用授權軟體，不得移作申請用途以外目的之使用。

    An applicant shall use the software pursuant to the purpose of the application and may not use the software outside the scope of the purpose specified in the application.

  • 使用單位不得自行於授權範圍外重製軟體（包含轉錄、轉售或贈與）或交付他人使用，亦不得以附加或改良軟體為由，自行重製或 交付他人使用。

    An applicant may not duplicate the software (including transcription, resale or gift) or deliver it to a third party for use, or duplicate the data or deliver the data to a third party for use for the purpose of adding or modifying the software.

  • 使用單位不得將業務包含軟體委託被授權對象以外處理，軟體僅供安裝於授權範圍內之電腦主機。

    An applicant may not delegate the software to others who are not authorized. The software is only installed in the authorized computer.

  • 軟體僅供業務輔助使用，其所產製之結果被授權人應詳加核對，倘非屬本中心軟體程式設計錯誤，不得將因使用軟體所造成之 業務損失歸責本中心。

    The software is only for business-assisted use. The result of the production shall be checked by the authorized person. The business loss shall not be attributed to the NLSC unless it was caused by the design error of the software.

  • 軟體使用若涉及著作權、國家安全等相關觸法情事，概由使用單位自負所有民事及刑事責任。

    An applicant shall be fully and solely responsible for all civil and criminal liabilities if the applicant’s use of the software infringes upon copyright or national security.

  • 軟體光碟片有損壞或瑕疵，應檢附收據及軟體光碟片並敘明疑義情形，由本中心查明後進行更換。

    If the software disc is damaged or defective, please submit the receipt,software disc and the reason to NLSC. The NLSC will confirm and replace it.

  • 每年均需重新申請軟體授權使用。

    Please re-apply for software authorization every year.
